TIGER ( Jeep Cherokee XJ )

[Beatrix]

Yapımı aylarca süren, mazi olan bir forum sitesinde yüzlerce sayfada her ayrıntısı tartışmalar, takılmalar ve fikir alışverişleriyle işlenen, sonrasında hepimize ait olan tüm konuyu geze-gen' e taşıdıktan sonra talihsiz bir teknik sorun nedeniyle 2.nci defa kaybettiğimiz TIGER' ın doğuşunu belgeleyen konunun yok olmasına içim elvermedi, o muhteşem diyaloglar olmasa da hatırladığım kadarıyla elimdeki resimleri derleyip emeklerle dolu hatıraları tekrar geze-gen'e kazandırmak, ve o harika günleri yeni katılan arkadaşlarımıza sunmak istedim.
Bize bu eşsiz tecrübeyi kazandırdığı için dostumuz Kaan Gürgenç' e teşekkür ederiz... :)

Tiger aslında vardı, ama kısa zamanda yetmedi... :) ve tekrar darmadağın edilip, kesildi, biçildi, Dünya'daki mevcut offroad donanımlarının son versiyonlarıyla tekrar donatıldı.
Üzerinden çıkan parçalarla da neredeyse bir jeep daha yapılabilinirdi... :)

Wird komplett zerlegt. Alle Chassis werden gestärkt. Gelegt mit Argon von Anfang bis Ende. 3 Rennsitze, Roll gace, . Atlas 4 transmissions gace, 12” KİNG Coilower. Die neue Farbe wird metallisches Kupfer sein.
Önce tamamen soyulacak, şase Argon ile güçlendirilecek, 3 yarış koltuğu, Rokkgace, ATLAS 4 arazi şanzımanı, 12" KING Coilowerlar yerlerini bulacak.

İlk arazi testlerinde bir sorun ile karşılaşıldı : tavandan damlayan sular !

Yeni Çorum kalorifer sadece içerdeki havayı ısıtıyordu, dışardan gelen havayı içeri alan bir kapak yoktu (Interne Rezirkulation ). Arka çamurluğu çok fazla kestiğimizden arka cam iptal olmuştu. Yerine Plexiglastan bir cam monte edildi. Üzerindeki delik sayesinde içersi artık nefes alabilecekti. Sorun bu şekilde çözülmüş oldu.

Yükseltme kiti, devasa lastikler ve eski difransiyellerin neredeyse iki misli ağırlığındaki yeni difransiyeller sayesinde Tiger'ın ağırlık merkezi oldukça aşağılardaydı. Daha da iyileştirici ve ek fonksiyonel çözüm olarak arka koltuğun yerine ( Ön koltuk 10 cm daha geriye alındı..., böylece ön koltuklardaki ayak uzatma mesafesi daha iyi hale geldi...) yaklaşık 60 kg tutan, biri su, diğeri yakıt taşıyan plastik depolar yerleştirildi. Gerektiğinde bu tankların üzerine iki kişi daha oturabilecekti.

Aslında aylar öncesinden Amerika’ dan getirtilmişti ancak bu sistem 8 – 10 inch jantlarda çaılştırıldığından ve Tiger’ ın da jantları da 12 inch olduğundan uygulanamamıştı. Büyük ihtimalle de Türkiye' de ilk uygulanan araç yine Tiger oldu.

Nihayet bu hafta ilk etapda denemek için, bir jant önce kesilip 12 inch’ten 10 inch’e düşürüldü ve janta iç Bedlock lastik için bir sibob daha açıldı.

Bu işemin lastiğin jant üzerinde duruşu ile ilgili bir artısı daha oldu tabiki.

12 inch jant üzerindeki lastik balon gibi dururken, 10 inch jant üzerinde tam oturdu, dolayısı ile
Lastik çamurda daha iyi gömülüp zemine ulaşacağından daha performanslı hale geldi.

Erdem ben aldıktan 6 ay sonra satışa çıkardılar. Ve de sitelerinde on-road için tavsiye edilmez diyorlar. Bu söyledikleri beni ilgilendirmiyor. Alabilmiş olsaydım 42 lastikler ile 54 takmış gibi aracın altı yükselecekti. şimdi takılmıyor onlar olsaydı nasıl olurdu hayal bile edemiyorum.

Her defasında aynı keyifle inceliyorum Tiger II konusunu.Dünyada böyle bir proje daha var mı diye merak etmedim değil.İçerideki 60 litrelik plastik yakıt tankları kaygı verici...Bu süreçte çok ciddi bir teknik operasyon yapılmış.Bu konuyu tam olarak anlamak bence herkese nasip olmaz.Birçok ayrıntıya fransız kaldım. :D Güle güle kullan Kaan Abi...

Benzin tankları özel, üstünden Tiger geçse birşey olmaz. Ayrıca orjinal ekipmanı ile monte edildi. Çok taklalı aracı pelt edecek bir kazadan sonar bile aracın içinden sağlam çıkacak tek ekipman diyebilirim. Henüz hiç kullanmadım. uzun off road yolculukları için yedekte bekliyorlar. Konumları da ağırlık merkezini aşşağıya çekecek şekilde belirlendi.

Frenlerinize iyi bakin. Koca ayaklari durdurmak icin ihtiyacimiz oldugunda istegimizi yerine getiremeyebilirler.

Tiger in akslari 2012 basinda geldi ve takildi. En son catalca gezisinden sonra alt tarafi bir acalim ne var ne yok diye. 4 balatayi da sifirlamisim. Caliperde hortum lastik piston arizali. Rotor biraz cizmisim ama cok fazla birsey yok. Ne yaptik bu iki yilda. Cok yol yapmamisizdir. Kesin konusamiyorum cunku km saati yok ana panoda. Yapsak yapsak 10 tane gezi yapmisizdir. 200 km al bolbol eder 2000 km. Sehir icinde 2000 km koy etti 4000 binde benden olsun ettimi 5000 km. Peki 5000 km de frenler bu hale gelirmi? Simdi diyeceksinis 42 leri takmadan dusunecektin. Dogrudur bunun bir sebebi 42ler olabilir ama bundan daha onemli bir sebep var CAMUR.

Camur ve kum ustune tuzlu ve asitli su mukemmel bir karisim olusturuyor yasli dostlarimiz icin. Yasli diyorum cunku cogumuzun araci ergenligi gecmis delikanli yaslarinda. Bu eskiligin uzerine zor sartlar onun ustunede bakimsizligi eklersek ihtiyacimiz oldugunda simdimi geldik aklina cevabini alabiliriz. Gozden kacirmamiz gereken diger noktada hesaplanan yukun uzerinde yuk altinda birakiyoruz buyuttugumuz lastiklerle.
