ve dünyanın 7 harikasından biri kabul edilen table mountain-masa dağındayız. dünyanın 7 harikasından biri olmak için birçok kriter var ve burası bu kriterleri tutturan bir yer. aslında 7 harikadan biri masa dağı milli parkının tamamı. bu dağ bu park içinde ufak bir bölüm. tepesi dümdüz olduğundan dolayı masa adını almış. cape town sırtlarında okyanusa karşı dağ. trekking ve yürüyüş yapanlar için 300 farklı rotadan zirve yapma yolu var takribi 3 ila 5 saat sürüyor yürüyerek 1000 metre zirveye çıkış. insanlar buralarda deli gibi yüerüyüş yapıyor haftasonları mangal yakan tabi ki yok yasak. masa dağı milli parkının bir özelliği de 2500 çeşit endemik bitki türünün olması bunu şöyle kıyaslayabiliriz tüm avrupa kıtasında endemik bitki çeşitliliği 1800 civarında ve sadece masa dağı milli parkında 2500 çeşit var. zirveye çıkmak için zamanında isviçrelilerin yaptıı teleferik ile çıkıyorsunuz 3 dakikalık bir yolculuk ile. bu teleferiğin özelliği 30 kişi civarında alıyor ve 3 dk lık süre içinde kabin içinde tam tur dönüyorsunuz yani foto çekmek için kabin içinde sürekli yürümenize gerek yok panaromik manzara eşsiz....zirvede ufak bir restaurant var çay kahve tost vb karnınızı doyurabilirsiniz. etraf tertemiz 1 allahın kulu pet şişe atamıyor atmıyor yerlere. biz şanslı günümüzdeydik hava açık ve güneşli rüzgarsızdı. bulutlu rüzgarlı günlerde teleferik çalışmadığı için zirveye çıkılamıyor. nitekim ilerleyen fotolarda görüleceği üzere dağın tepesi karbeyaz bulutlarla kapandığı vakit 1 metre ileriyi göremiyorsunuz çılgın bir tablo oluyor bulut içinde kalıyorsunuz.
